CA VRUNDA ZAWAR TOTALA

CA Vrunda Zawar Totala is Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Along with the CA, she has also completed Post Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She has worked as an Assistant Manager with “Deloitte Haskins and Sells” for a time period of around 3 years gaining experience in the field of statutory /internal audits of public and private companies engaged in manufacturing as well as service sectors.
Vrunda is having more than 8 years of experience in practice handling variety of clients and has vast experience in handling critical matters, overseas compliances, business set-ups (including foreign holdings).
This professional & legal education background supported with knowledge of accountancy helps her to render best services to his client considering all aspects of transaction.
CS Nitishha Diwe is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has a 4+ years of experience in handling legal and compliance matters related to Companies Law, RBI, IRDAI and FEMA. In her professional career, she has contributed towards legal and compliance consulting to various sectoral clients such as Food Processing, IT Companies and NBFCs.
Apart from this, she has achieved post qualification credits in Goods and Service Tax compliance and Investment Banking operations. She has also provided services with regard to blogging and updating news on recent legal notification bought up by the Regulators. She has remained as an active member in the Due diligence process in the matter of bringing investments onto the business.

Adv. Radhika Jaju Bhattad, an experienced legal compliance professional, did her graduation in BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) from BMCC (Pune University). She is a qualified Lawyer (LLB) and at CS (professional Stage) with 7+ years of experience in Legal and Corporate Compliance.
She is associated with Totala and Associates since July 2021 and looks after Legal and CS Compliances. She is a team oriented professional, also having requisite skills of addressing clients’ challenges in complex areas of legal compliances
CA Amol Totala is Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also completed certificate course in “Concurrent Audits”.
He has worked with Many Chartered Accountant firms an Audit Manager for a time period of around 5 years gaining experience in the field of statutory / internal audits of manufacturing as well as service industries.
He has a vast experience in SME Audits & Assurance. His proficiency in indirect Taxes empowers him to assists our clients in concluding assessment proceedings initiated by department, preparing and filing replies to notices issued by department. Also, he represents our clients before adjudicating and appellate authorities.
